Steve Shogren

Steve Shogren is currently the Director of Sales & New Business Development for the United States and Canada at 3M, where they lead initiatives in business and channel development for the Consumer Business Group. Previously, they served in various roles at 3M from 1993 to 2005, including Key Account Sales Manager and National Sales Manager, focusing on account management, joint business planning, and strategic brand building. Earlier in their career, while attending Minnesota State University, Mankato, they financed their education through independent contracting with Southwestern Advantage, becoming a Presidents Club winner multiple times. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
