Steven Toh

Steven Toh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facility and energy management, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as Facility/Energy Manager at 3M Innovation (Singapore) Pte Ltd since August 2011, Steven leads a team to oversee daily operations and improve utility consumption and equipment reliability. Prior roles include Senior Equipment Engineer at 3M, Mechanical/Factory Engineer at Nestlé, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Carmel Manufacturing Pte Ltd, where Steven managed equipment maintenance and new product introductions. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Newcastle, Steven has a strong foundation in technical assistance and project management across various engineering domains.
