Dadong Hu has a diverse work experience in the tech and media industry. Dadong is currently the Co-founder and CEO of NeoXR Tech & Media LLC, where they provide leadership and direction for the development of WebAR products. Dadong engages with clients, conducts competitor analysis, and ensures that the products meet market needs.

Prior to this, Dadong worked as the Chief Technology Officer at XR Goods Company, overseeing the production of XR T-shirts for children. Dadong recommended technologies and updates to enhance production capacity.

Dadong also has experience as a freelancer at Fiverr, where they produced e-commerce products for WebAR use and became the top seller in that category.

Dadong's earlier roles include working as a 3D Modeler at The Monkey Suite Studio, where they designed wind chimes and optimized the production workflow. Dadong also worked as a Lighting and Texturing artist at All and One Animation Studio, employing multiple render pass methods and ensuring error-free textures.
