Dusty Thurman

Dusty Thurman has over 14 years of experience in the IT industry. From 2000 to 2006, they worked at Hertz as a Helpdesk Analyst and MIS Helpdesk Agent. In this role, they provided internal helpdesk support for all Hertz systems worldwide, as well as network and wireless system support and problem diagnosis. Dusty also supported dial in networking, mainframe access, hardware dispatching, and software support for Microsoft Office products. From 2006 to 2009, Dusty worked as an IT Staff at Rose International. From 2016 to present, they have worked at Digestive Disease Specialists as a System and Network Administrator, and at 3Nines Technologies, Inc. as a Network Engineer. In this role, they provide break/fix and proactive server and network support for all 3Nines clients, and escalations for service desk support. Dusty also uses tools such as Bomgar, ConnectWise, N-able, and ITGlue.

Dusty Thurman's education history includes attending Southern Nazarene University from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Network Management. Dusty also attended the University of Central Oklahoma from 2001 to 2007, studying Computer Science and Computer Science. Additionally, they attended Oklahoma State University from 1996 to 1997, but did not pursue a degree.
