Rich Roppa

Rich Roppa has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rich currently holds the position of Regional Director, Industry Solutions at 3Oe Scientific, where they oversee the development and implementation of the IGGY™ hand hygiene device. Prior to this, Rich served as an Institutional Sales Account Manager at TrialCard, specializing in virtual engagement within the COVID-19 Business Unit.

Before joining these companies, Rich worked as a Cybersecurity Regional Director at WaveRider, where they successfully brought in numerous account opportunities across various sectors. Rich also has experience as an Account Manager at their own self-employed venture.

Rich's earlier career includes roles as a Digital Marketing Consultant at RevLocal, a Long-Term Care Regional Sales Manager at Global Transitional Care, and a Sr. Executive Hospital Sales Account Manager at GSK. During their 26-year tenure at GSK, Rich achieved several accolades, including 7 President's Club and Winner's Circle Awards.

Lastly, Rich began their professional journey in the US Navy, where they served as a Fire Control specialist.

Rich Roppa completed a Certificate in Digital Marketing from UC Irvine in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on International Business from Regis University. Rich also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from San Diego State University. In addition to their formal education, Rich has obtained several certifications, including "The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking Certificate" from Coursera Certified Courses, "Completion of Google IT Technical Support Fundamentals" from Coursera Certified Courses, and certifications in various areas of IT security from LinkedIn. Rich also holds an OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Federal Safety Certification from UC San Diego Extension.
