Aman Bhardwaj

Aman Bhardwaj is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at 3Pillar Global since September 2018, Aman drives project success by providing architectural guidance and ensuring team proficiency. Previously, Aman held roles as Module Lead and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on full-stack development using technologies such as Angular and Microsoft. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software Consultant at Radicle Software Pvt Ltd, where Aman contributed to various projects employing a range of technologies including MVC .NET and SQL. A background in IT was established as an IT Division trainee at All India Radio and as a Project Trainee at HCL Technologies. Aman holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, obtained in 2015.
