Arcelia Zambrano Ong

Arcelia Zambrano Ong is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants and President of Ong's Commercial Properties since July 2021, Arcelia also owns Pho Cali and holds the positions of CFO at 3rdi Technology and COO at Akylas Associates Inc. Arcelia's entrepreneurial journey began with the ownership of Aero Mail from March 2003 to July 2021 and includes past roles such as Importer/Director of Logistics and Distribution at Too Late Italy and Director of Operations at Business Contact Service LLC. Academically, Arcelia earned a Doctor of Law degree from Western Sierra Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from San Diego State University, complemented by minors in Marketing and Management.
