Jonatan de Boer is an experienced operations and strategic management professional with a robust background in the media and entertainment industries. Currently serving as the Interim Operations Director at NEP Group, Inc., Jonatan is leading the merger of the Multicam and ENG business units into a new Broadcast Services division. Jonatan also holds roles as an Advisor and Interim Executive at 3Rivers and as the Founder of Socialite, providing strategic consulting and media advisory services. Previously, Jonatan has managed operations at BumaStemra as an Interim COO, advised renowned organizations like NPO and VidCon, and held significant positions in companies such as Bird and MediaLane.
