Jason Campana

Jason Campana has an extensive work experience, with their most recent role being the Chief Operating Officer at LifeSpeak Inc. Jason joined the company in May 2023 and their role involves overseeing the whole-person wellbeing solution for employers, health plans, and other organizations. Prior to this, Jason was the Co-Founder and CEO of Campana Design Studio, a company focused on exploring the intersection of technology and art in ceramics through digital fabrication technology.

Before their current roles, Jason worked at Wellbeats, a LifeSpeak company, where they held various positions. Jason started in March 2012 as the Channel Sales Director, then became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in April 2013. From March 2015 to May 2023, they served as the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery & Operations and was also a member of the Executive Leadership Team. During their time at Wellbeats, the company was sold to LifeSpeak Inc in February 2022.

Prior to their experience at Wellbeats, Jason worked at College Pro Painters. Jason started as a Franchise Owner in January 2002, became a General Manager in August 2004, and eventually became the Vice President in March 2007. In this role, they oversaw the operations of 80 franchised businesses with over 500 employees annually. This experience was particularly rewarding for Jason as they had the opportunity to work with and positively impact a team of young leaders early in their careers.

Jason Campana attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship. Jason later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business from 2017 to 2019. The field of study for their MBA is not specified.
