Lisa M. Carone

Lisa Carone is the Managing Partner at 3S Consulting Group. Lisa is a highly experienced executive with over 20 years of project management, market research, clinical webcast production, and executive search experience. Prior to joining 3S in 2002, Lisa enjoyed a successful career with a boutique market research and recruiting firm which specialized in the pharmaceutical industry. Lisa began her career in sales at United Airlines.

In addition to leading 3S, Lisa functions as the Coordinating Partner for a number of life sciences clients, and as such leads the cross-functional teams assigned to each engagement. Lisa also leads 3S Clinical Recruiting Group, a boutique recruiting firm focused exclusively on recruiting field-based clinical specialists, medical science liaisons, as well as clinical affairs and medical affairs professionals for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

Lisa is highly regarded within the pharmaceutical and medical device communities and in 2006, published her first article entitled, New Opportunities for Wound Care Clinicians: Taking the Leap into Industry.
