Emilia Pawłowska

Emilia Pawłowska is an experienced digital and communications professional currently serving as the Head of Digital Experience & Agile Excellence at 3Shape since September 2023. Previously, Emilia held various roles at Coloplast from April 2016 to August 2023, including Digital Consumer Solutions Manager and Team Leader, focusing on customer-facing digital solutions and improving user experience through data analysis. Prior to Coloplast, Emilia gained experience as a Marketing Campaign Coordinator and Customer Support Advisor at WAYN, a Publisher at ALL IN GROUP, and a Tourist Specialist at Interglobus Tour. Emilia holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Uniwersytet Szczeciński, attained between 2002 and 2007.
