Jakub Mikołajczyk

Jakub Mikołajczyk currently serves as the Interim Managing Director for Production, Supply Chain, and Quality at 3Shape since January 2022, having previously held the position of Production Director. Prior experience includes roles at Widex from February 2015 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing operational workflows, centralizing repair processes, and developing a robust service team. Prior to Widex, Jakub worked at Black Point S.A. in the R&D Department, focusing on quality issue investigations and material verification tests. Earlier experience at Whirlpool Corporation involved proficiency in acoustics testing. Academically, Jakub holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in acoustics from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
