Kateryna has over eight years of experience in recruitment, having served as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at PwC, a Senior Recruiter at KOSTAL Group, and a Recruitment Specialist for Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and Caucasus at GSK. Luzan has a proven track record of success in conducting interviews with candidates using biographical and behavioral (competency based) approaches, tests and elements of professional orientation for students and graduates.
