Urszula Gronek

Urszula Gronek is a seasoned professional in communications and sales, currently serving as the Interim Global Communication Manager at 3Shape since June 2022, where responsibilities include managing internal and external communications, developing training strategies, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior to 3Shape, Urszula held the position of Regional Sales Director at Focus Hotels S.A., leading sales strategy deployment and customer engagement initiatives. Experience includes roles at Radisson Blu Hotel Szczecin, where foundational sales skills were honed, and earlier positions as an Executive Assistant and Marketing Intern. Urszula holds a PhD in Management Science, an MA in Strategic Marketing Management, and a BA in International Relations from the University of Szczecin.
