Jim Crispyn

Jim Crispyn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and asset protection. Currently serving as a Business Development Executive at 3SI Security Systems since June 2021, Jim focuses on expanding new business opportunities within the retail sector across the United States. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a Regional Account Executive, partnering with financial institutions to ensure compliance with the Safe Bankers Act. Jim's career in asset protection includes a significant tenure at CVS Health from 2005 to 2021 as a Regional Asset Protection Manager, overseeing a team responsible for internal investigations and operational shrink reduction. Earlier experience includes serving as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Wal-Mart and as a District Loss Prevention Supervisor. Jim holds a Master of Science in Criminology from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of South Florida.
