Jonathan Dilda, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Customer Operations at 3SI Security Systems, with previous experience as the Senior Manager of Business Applications. Prior roles include Director of Business Applications and Integrations at Pyramid Healthcare, Inc., and a decade-long tenure at Frontline Education where Dilda progressed through several management positions, culminating as Senior Project Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions. Dilda holds an MBA and a BS in Business Management from Bob Jones University, where Dilda also served as a faculty member teaching various courses. Early career involvement included managing operations at Tim's Automotive Service while pursuing undergraduate degrees.
