Tania Escobar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management within the duty-free and airline industries. Currently serving as General Manager at 3Sixty Duty Free since June 2022, Tania has also held key managerial positions at DFASS Group, including Manager and General Manager for DFASS LATAM, since March 2015. Previous roles include On Board Service Manager at AviancaTaca from October 2010 to November 2014, and various managerial positions at TACA between December 2002 and October 2010, focusing on logistics and on-board service. Tania began their career as a Production Manager at D’Marco from June 1998 to August 2000. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Productivity and Quality Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'.
