Ariel Kaye has extensive work experience, starting in 2011 as a server at Good Time Charley's until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Voice Teacher at the JCC on the Palisades, teaching private vocal technique lessons to children and conducting weekly group classes. In 2013, they also became an Artistic Associate at The Broadway Youth Ensemble, assisting with rehearsals and recordings.

In 2015, Ariel joined Oscar Insurance as a Members Services Representative, providing support to members and partners regarding healthcare inquiries. In 2016, they transitioned to 3Z Brands as a Customer Experience Manager, responsible for managing the overall customer experience.

In 2018, Ariel joined Helix Sleep as a Design & Creative Extern, gaining experience in design. They continued their journey at Helix, holding various roles such as Customer Experience Associate, Sr. Customer Experience Associate, Team Lead, and currently as Manager, Customer Experience.
