Sara Feldman, SPHR

Sara Feldman, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HR and people operations. Sara is currently the People Operations Manager at 3Z Brands, where they oversee all HR and benefits duties for the direct-to-consumer side of the business. Their responsibilities include benefits administration, HRIS administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, compliance, internal communication, training and development, and fostering a culture aligned with company values.

Prior to 3Z Brands, Sara worked at Arup where they held two roles. Sara also served as a Human Resources Coordinator, supporting the ANZ Commercial functions with end-to-end HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits coordination, and employee health and wellness programs.

Sara's earlier experiences include working as a Talent and Development Coordinator at Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants, a Payroll & HR Administrator and HR & Office Administrator at KCLSU, and a Student Assistant at Morris Library at the University of Delaware. Sara also had a marketing internship at Planned Parenthood of Delaware, where they conducted marketing research and presented their findings to the Marketing Department.
