Crystal Schuder, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at 4-H Canada since January 2024. Prior to this role, Crystal held various finance positions at Invest Ottawa from August 2018 to January 2024, including Interim Controller, Finance Manager, Finance Team Lead, Corporate Financial Analyst, and Finance Assistant. Responsibilities encompassed managing finance operations, supervising teams, ensuring the integrity of financial statements, and maintaining accounting procedures across multiple projects. Previous experience also includes serving as Corporate Accountant at Mermaid Pools from March 2017 to August 2018, where Crystal oversaw full cycle accounting and produced financial statements for executive leadership. Crystal’s educational background includes a CPA from CPA Ontario and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Carleton University.
