Director IT Projects And Business Analysis at National 4-H Council

Marlon Herry has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT and business analysis fields. Their most recent position was as the Director of IT Projects and Business Analysis at the National 4-H Council. Prior to that, they worked at The University of Trinidad and Tobago as the Enterprise Application Manager, where they focused on maximizing the ROI of enterprise applications. Marlon also served as the Executive Director at Regulus Child Development, where they successfully wrote federal grant proposals and executed federally funded projects. Marlon has also worked as a Facilitator and Trainer at The University of Trinidad and Tobago, providing training in project management and other areas. Additionally, they have experience as a Business Consultant and Trainer at the National Entrepreneurship Development Company, where they provided business and entrepreneurial training to small business owners. Marlon's early career involved roles at the Power Generation Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited, where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst, Senior Systems Administrator, and Maintenance Planner and Scheduler. Marlon also served as the Managing Director and Lead Local Strategic/Process Consultant at Northstar Perspective, where they established strategic international partnerships.

Marlon Herry has a diverse education history. Marlon pursued their higher education at John S. Donaldson Technical Institute from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technician. Following this, they attended the University of London from 2003 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Information System and Management. Later, from 2007 to 2011, Marlon attended Heriot-Watt University and completed their MBA with a focus on Strategic Planning. In terms of additional certifications, Marlon obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in April 2007 from the Project Management Institute. Marlon also acquired a certification called "Dashboard in a Day - Power BI" from Pragmatic Works in August 2023.
