Head of Automotive Innovation at 4.screen

Francis Higiro has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Francis is currently the Head of Automotive Innovation and Principal Product Manager/Owner for automotive data monetization at 4.screen, where they are responsible for building a digital platform that connects drivers with businesses. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager Customer Solutions at Motius, a German R&D partner, where they provided state-of-the-art solutions to customers in the (pre-) development stage.

Francis also has extensive experience at Mercedes-Benz AG, where they served as the Chief of Staff to the Vice President Digital Vehicle & Mobility, contributing to the development and launch of the latest telematic and headhunt generation of Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX). Francis also held roles as a Product Manager for strategic car projects and connected services, where they defined the product strategy for the S-Class, CLS, and compact car family, and as a Project Lead Digital Process Management. Prior to their time at Mercedes-Benz, Francis completed a Trainee Program.

Additionally, they have worked as a Strategy Consultant at Roland Berger, a Start-up & Technology Analyst at Deutsche Telekom, and as a Business Innovator at Mercedes-Benz AG. Francis also gained experience as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in Mergers & Acquisitions at Universität St.Gallen (HSG) and as a Wirtschaftsprüfer at KPMG Deutschland.

Francis Higiro's education history includes a Master's degree in Strategy & International Management from the University of St.Gallen. Francis also pursued a degree in Entrepreneurship & Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics. Furthermore, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. Lastly, Francis Higiro enrolled at the City University of Hong Kong to study Finance & Management.
