Richard Berger

Richard Berger began their career in 1985 as a Software Engineer at Sun Microsystems. Richard then moved on to become a Product Marketing Manager at ViewStar Corporation in 1992. In 1994, they were promoted to Vice President of Engineering at Mosaix. In 1999, they became Vice President of Information Systems and Software at 2Bridge Software, Inc. In 2001, they were promoted to Vice President of Application Development at NextCard. In 2002, they moved on to become Vice President of Product Management at Action Technologies. In 2010, they became Vice President of Engineering/Lead Developer at 4Spires, Inc. Finally, in 2014, they became Manager of WebApplications at Castlight Health. Throughout their career, Richard Berger has leveraged their expertise in business processes and commitments to guide product direction and has managed teams of software developers and engineers.

Richard Berger completed their MBA in Management from Stanford University between 1990 and 1992. Richard then obtained an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley between 1981 and 1985. Prior to that, they completed an A.B. in Computer Science and Math from Cornell University between 1977 and 1981.
