Esther Dominguez

Esther Dominguez has over 20 years of experience in legal work. Esther began their career in 1997 as an Associate in the Business Practice Group at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, where they acted as outside general counsel to numerous venture backed and public companies in the high technology, ecommerce and services industries. In 2008, they joined Edelstein Law Group as Senior Counsel, working with smaller companies to provide general counsel services as needed. In 2011, they were the initial legal hire at Telerik Inc., creating the legal department and defining the legal function for the company. In 2016, they moved to .406 Ventures as General Counsel, and in 2019 they joined Randori as General Counsel, overseeing all legal matters and working closely with stakeholders.

Esther Dominguez attended New York University School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.). Prior to that, they attended Boston University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).
