Chris Carlisle

Chris Carlisle is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel at Guardian Dentistry Partners since May 2021, Chris has previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Dykema, where the focus was on business transactions within the Corporate Finance Practice Group. Additional experience includes roles as Attorney at Shamoun and Norman, Counsel at Dean Foods, and Owner of Benes & Carlisle PLLC. Earlier in the career, Chris was an Associate at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP and a Law Clerk for the Supreme Court of Texas. Chris holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from St. John's College in Santa Fe.
