Chris Phillips

Chris Phillips, PMP, has extensive experience in executive and operational roles within the energy and technology industries. Chris most recently served as the Chief Administrative Officer at 411 Locals. Prior to that, they were the Managing Partner at Bird Dog Professional Services, where they provided strategic and analytical services for operational improvement. Chris also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at 360 Managed Services, leading outsourced sales and marketing solutions. Chris Phillips has a background in customer success, having been the Senior Vice President at Innowatts and the COO at XOOM Energy. Chris also held leadership positions at NRG Energy, Reliant Energy, Hewlett-Packard, and Dell Computer, where they focused on customer operations, call center management, and program/project management. Chris Phillips is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Chris Phillips, PMP has a diverse education history. Chris completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University, starting in 1992 and finishing in 1994. Prior to that, they studied at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1990 to 1992, although the specific degree and field of study during that time are unknown.

Later on, Chris pursued an MBA from The University of Dallas, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Chris attended the university from 1997 to 1999 to complete the degree. Subsequently, they pursued another MBA at the same institution in Corporate Finance, which spanned from 2000 to 2004.
