Do Good. Feel Good. This is our goal for 413's clients and employees. Our founders began dreaming about 413 while pumping in the mother’s room at the State Department, bonding over their shared values for good work, bold ideas, and a workplace where people can truly thrive. We carry those values into everything we do. Today, we are an SBA-certified HUBZone and Woman-Owned Small Business that brings monitoring and evaluation, analytics, and a spectrum of technical and institutional support to U.S. Government entities. We empower partners through data-driven, practical solutions that leverage what they do best and build their capacity to innovate and grow. We use what works, we seek efficiencies, we create partnerships, and we use data to show what you can do. What is 413? It was the door code to the mother’s room. You can reach us at info@413.works.
