Jessica Singh, M.A., currently serves as a Technical Advisor and Team Leader in the Bureau of Counterterrorism at the Department of State through 413, LLC. Previously, Jessica held positions including Senior Evaluation Advisor as a third-party contractor for the U.S. Department of State, and Senior Consultant for Monitoring & Evaluation at Guidehouse. Jessica's extensive experience encompasses roles in monitoring and evaluation within various sectors, particularly focusing on Department of State programs in the realms of law enforcement, peace and security, and conflict resolution. Holding a Master's degree in International Policy, Human Security and Development from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, Jessica has a strong academic background supported by practical expertise in designing and implementing effective monitoring frameworks and performance metrics on a global scale.
