Justyna Pielecka-Fortuna, Ph.D., serves as Associate Director of Alliance Management at AbCellera since September 2022. With extensive experience in project leadership and alliance management, Justyna held positions at Evotec, Polonium Foundation, and Charles River Laboratories, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams, optimizing project management practices, and overseeing business development initiatives. Justyna's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Virginia and multiple certifications in project management methodologies. In addition to professional roles, Justyna contributed to academia as an Advisory Board member for Polonium Foundation and as a manager for collaborative research projects.
