Andrew Morgan has been with 42 Real Estate, LLC since inception and has worked with Scott Rohrman since August of 2006 while both were with a predecessor company. At 42, Morgan focuses on executing and managing all aspects of 42’s investments and build-to-suit developments from inception to completion.

Morgan primarily focuses on all of the financial and business aspects of the deals. Some of these responsibilities include the acquisition, financial management and underwriting, capitalization (debt and equity), leasing, client relationship building and the ultimate disposition or realization of the investment.

Prior to working alongside Rohrman, Morgan was a commercial real estate banker for AmSouth Bank (acquired by Regions Financial Corp.) in Birmingham, Alabama. After college Morgan was selected to be a part of the AmSouth Management Associate program which selects approximately 30 trainees out of over a thousand applicants to learn all of the business lines of the bank and receive advanced credit training. After the training Morgan worked on various commercial real estate loans like multi-phase construction loans and lines of credit for REITS and Pension Funds.

Morgan holds a BA with a concentration in finance from Samford University in Birmingham, AL. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Texas Real Estate Council (TREC). Morgan is a 2013 graduate of the TREC Associate Leadership Council and continues to stay involved in volunteer capacities for TREC. Outside of business, Morgan is involved with various volunteer opportunities through his church, Park Cities Baptist Church where he is a member. Morgan is also an Eagle Scout.

Morgan was born in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Highland Park High School. Andrew and his wife, Missy, have two daughters, Maddie and Molly. Morgan enjoys travelling with his wife, exercise, hunting and spending time with family.
