Focusing primarily on investments in North America, we invest in companies that are profitable, growing, and that align with our values of honesty, integrity and impact. At 13 full-time investment professionals, remaining small and nimble is important to our strategy and allows us to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our portfolio company management teams to build dominant market leaders. Together, our team has invested in a total of 70 control transactions; at 3-5 new platform investments a year, we are selective in the investments we make.
