The Engineering and Technical Management team at 42Gears is responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and optimization of the company's Unified Endpoint Management solutions such as SureMDM and AstroFarm. This team ensures the creation of high-quality software products, manages technical projects, and coordinates cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs and technology standards. The Associate Technical Manager focuses on project execution and resource management, the Associate Director, Engineering leads the strategic engineering initiatives, and the Lead Graphic Designer works on the visual design and user experience aspects of the products.
