Nicole Camarre

Nicole Camarre currently serves as the Vice President of Investments and Platform at 43North since April 2025. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Strategic Finance Associate at 424 Capital from June 2021 to June 2024, where responsibilities included supporting forecasting and conducting buy-side due diligence and execution for portfolio companies. At Plixer, as Director of Finance and Operations from November 2019 to May 2021, oversight of finance, accounting, HR, sales operations, and IT functions was managed. Nicole also contributed as Head of Business Operations at BentoBox from September 2017 to October 2019, where the focus was on in-house accounting and daily financial operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Investment Associate at Armory Square Ventures from June 2014 to August 2017, overseeing the investment process. Nicole earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from Binghamton University.
