Jeremy Parkins

Jeremy Parkins has a strong background in Information Security and IT. Jeremy is the Founder & CEO of 443 Technologies, a consulting company specializing in IT Security and Infrastructure Technology. Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University. Jeremy also held various leadership roles at UIL Holdings Corporation, including CISO & Director of IT/OT and Manager of Information Security and Networking. Jeremy was the Director of Information Security at People's United Bank and also worked as an Owner at SMB Technologies. In the early stages of their career, Jeremy was employed by Travelers Insurance as an ITLDP / Network Security Engineer. Overall, Jeremy has extensive experience in managing information security programs and network architecture.

Jeremy Parkins has a strong educational background in the field of information technology. Jeremy completed their Master of Science in Information Technology, specializing in Management of Technology - Information Security, from Quinnipiac University, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Jeremy Parkins has also acquired various certifications to further enhance their expertise. Jeremy obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA in March 2010, and they attained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in February 2009. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to professional development and staying current in their field.
