Scott Kinder

Scott Kinder has a strong background in DevOps and IT operations, with over 15 years of experience in various roles. Scott is currently employed as a Principal Platform Engineer at Verosint since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a DevOps Architect at Wind River from July 2021 to February 2022. From March 2020 to July 2021, Scott served as a Senior DevOps Lead at Betterworks.

Before joining Betterworks, Scott held positions at CREDO Mobile as Director of IT Operations from September 2017 to January 2020 and as a Senior Manager of DevOps from April 2017 to September 2017.

Scott Kinder's education history begins with an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Education from Central Wyoming College, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Scott then pursued a B.A. in Mathematics & Secondary Mathematics Education at the University of Wyoming, completing it from 2003 to 2006.

In 2018, Scott enrolled in the University of Wyoming once again, this time to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they obtained in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Scott has also obtained several certifications. Scott became a Red Hat Certified Engineer in 2011, followed by obtaining the CCNA Routing and Switching certification from Cisco in 2014. In 2015, they became a Linux Foundation Certified Engineer, and in 2016, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services. Scott's most recent certification is the Certified Kubernetes Administrator, which they obtained from The Linux Foundation in October 2020. Although their education history provides no information about their vSphere 4 VMware Certified Professional certification, it is worth noting that Scott has this certification as well.
