Catalina Gualdron Vergaño has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2019. Catalina began their career at Productos Ramo S.A. as a Human Resources - Wellbeing, where they characterized the Wellbeing processes, negotiated with suppliers, and planned and executed Employer Brand strategies.
