Esteban Marin Martinez

Esteban Marin Martinez has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Esteban began their career as a Project Account Manager at Backbone Technology, where they were responsible for prospecting, qualifying and sales pitching to potential clients. In 2014, they moved to Prodigious Latin America, where they served as a Project Manager, managing budgets, resources, and traffic control of work. In 2016, they began working at Endava as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were involved in the enhancement of a mobile app using React Native and the development of their Design System. Esteban also served as a Project Manager at Endava. That same year, they began working as a Freelance Web Developer at Xprt App Solutions, where they built a React-Native app and was involved in the architecture using Elm-like single data binding. In 2020, they joined adidas as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked from local dev to Kubernetes clusters, implemented Functional Scala-ZIO, handled and improved Legacy Typescript code, and maintained CI/CD pipelines. Esteban also served as a tech liaison between the Tech Hub and Top Creators, and as a support engineer for Global Mobile and Web. Currently, they are working as a Scala Engineer at 47 Degrees | Part of Xebia, and as a Scala Engineer (Contractor) at AutoScheduler.AI.

Esteban Marin Martinez has a diverse education history. Esteban obtained a Master in International Business (MIB) from Grenoble Ecole de Management between 2011 and 2013. Esteban also obtained two engineering degrees from Universidad de Los Andes between 2004 and 2009, one in Sistemas de potencia, sistemas de distribución and one in Sistemas Embebidos. In 2015 and 2016, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Project Management from Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Kleer - Colombia. In 2009 and 2010, they obtained a Cours de langue et de culture Française from Université Stendhal Grenoble 3, with a Niveau B2. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Rock the JVM, École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, 47 Degrees | Part of Xebia, The Wharton School, Scrum Alliance, and Scrum Agile Institute.
