Matt Hunt

Matt was the sole in-house attorney and General Counsel for Binswanger Enterprises for ten years. He was on the leadership team with primary responsibilities that included employee health and safety, contract review and management, litigation management, commercial insurance renewals, management of its real estate portfolio, and accounts receivable. Matt has over 20 years of combined legal experience practicing law as corporate counsel and in private practice. Matt received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center and his BA in History from The University of Texas at Austin.
