Ann Gould Rubin

Ann Gould Rubin currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Events at 4As, a position held since January 2023. Between February 2018 and October 2022, Ann was a mentor for the Effie Marketing Effectiveness Bootcamp, guiding marketers in achieving effective marketing through a structured curriculum. Ann's extensive experience at IBM spanned from 1997 to 2022, where roles included Vice President of Corporate Marketing, overseeing various marketing disciplines, and Director of Integrated Marketing Communications. Prior to IBM, Ann held executive positions at Merkley, Newman, Harty, managing advertising programs for Bell South Communications, and NW Ayer, where strategic planning and creative development were executed for major accounts such as Procter & Gamble and AT&T. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Union College.
