Courtney Cotrupe

Courtney Cotrupe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the advertising industry. Serving as CEO, President, and Managing Director at Partners + Napier since September 2003, Courtney has held various leadership roles, including SVP positions in Client Services and Group Management, as well as Account Director. Additionally, Courtney is actively involved in industry organizations, holding board member and leadership positions with the American Advertising Federation and the 4A's New York State Council. Courtney also serves as a Director At Large for Causewave Community Partners and previously worked as an Account Executive at Ogilvy & Mather, managing accounts for notable clients such as Kraft Foods and Kodak. Courtney holds a degree from Boston University, where studies were completed from 1995 to 1999.
