Geraldine Mpetey

Geraldine Mpetey is a program manager at 4A's, a Spotify Program. Geraldine has previous experience working as a program coordinator and senior program coordinator at Genesys Works. In their role as a program coordinator, they were responsible for managing 26 young professionals at Target Corporation. Geraldine also taught professional skills curriculum to students during an eight-week summer training program. Additionally, they monitored summer training performance and provided input on students who earned an internship on summer training performance. Geraldine has also developed strong relationships with interns through mentoring and encouragement throughout the program, facilitating long-term individual and program success.

Geraldine Mpetey completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Bethel University and then went on to complete their Masters in Counseling Psychology with a focus in Community Health/Child and Adolescent Mental Health also at Bethel University.
