Aline Regnell

Aline Regnell has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Aline began their professional career as a Substitute Teacher at Pedagogpoolen, lasting from September 2014 to May 2015.

In 2018, Aline worked as a Team Leader at the Swedish Red Cross, where they recruited monthly donors and developed skills in team management, coaching, and communication. Aline held this position for three months from June to August.

The following year, Aline interned at the International Department of the Red Cross, with responsibilities including reviewing project funding proposals, working with project reports, and compiling evaluations. This internship lasted from January to June 2019.

Aline Regnell completed their Bachelor's degree in Peace & Development Studies from Uppsala University, graduating in 2019. Aline then pursued a Master of Science degree in Disaster Risk Management & Climate Change Adaptation at Lund University, which they completed between 2020 and 2022.
