Ansgar Toscha has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Project Manager at Siemens Power Generation Group from 1992 to 2000. During this time, they gained extensive knowledge of international and domestic energy markets and developed skills in project, risk, contract, and claim management. Ansgar then worked as an ERM and GRC Consultant at PwC Germany from 2000 to 2006, followed by the role of Director GRC at PwC Sweden from 2006 to 2013.

In 2013, Ansgar founded their own consulting firm called Ansgar Toscha Good Governance AB, where they served as the Owner and CEO. The firm specializes in helping organizations improve operational efficiency and achieve effective corporate governance and business objectives. Ansgar has also served as a Board Member at Bostadsstiftelsen Signalisten i Solna since January 2019, contributing to the management of a large number of properties. Additionally, they have been a Board Member at Norrenergi AB since September 2015, where they contribute to the strategic and operational development of the district heating company.

Ansgar Toscha completed their education in the field of Chemical Engineering. From 1985 to 1988, they studied at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where they obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur (Univ.) degree. Following this, they pursued further studies at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Graduate Civil Engineer degree in Chemical Engineering.
