Cornelia Flodell

Cornelia Flodell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Cornelia started their career as an Intern at Zentral- und Landesbibliothek Berlin, where they digitized the library's article collection. Cornelia then worked as a Produktionsassistent at SVT, assisting with research, props, and social media for a popular TV show. Cornelia later joined Liseberg and worked their way up from a Parkvärd to a Restaurant Manager, where they were responsible for daily operations, staff training, and customer service. Cornelia then interned at Exponential AB before joining 4C Strategies as a Consultant, specializing in Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management to support global organizations in building organizational resilience.

Cornelia Flodell pursued their education from 2016 to 2018 at the Försvarshögskolan - Swedish Defence University, where they obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) degree in the field of Ledarskap under påfrestande förhållanden (Leadership under challenging conditions). In 2018, they briefly attended Uppsala University, where they obtained another Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) degree in the field of Retorik (Rhetoric). In 2016, they also pursued a course in Genusvetenskap A (Gender Studies) at Södertörn University. Additionally, Cornelia Flodell holds a certification in Cambridge Advanced English from Cambridge Assessment English, obtained in 2013.
