Jessica Skytte

Jessica Skytte has extensive work experience in the legal and tax fields. Jessica is currently serving as the Head of Legal & Compliance at 4C Strategies since August 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Legal Counsel at Aphelion, a leading eFX trading software developer, from December 2014 to August 2019. Their responsibilities in this role included drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, providing general legal advice, managing risks, and ensuring compliance.

Before joining Aphelion, Jessica worked as a Tax Associate at BDO AB from January 2013 to October 2014. In this role, they focused on taxation of owners to closely held companies, corporate taxation, tax compliance, individual taxation, and tax structuring.

Jessica's career started at Ernst & Young, where they held multiple positions. Jessica worked as a Senior in the Human Capital department from January 2011 to January 2013, and before that, they had an internship in Transfer Pricing and International Tax Services from September 2010 to November 2010 while writing their Master's thesis in tax law.

Jessica Skytte has a strong educational background with a focus on law and business. Jessica obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Stockholm University/The School of Education & Communications Sweden in 2009. In the same year, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School in Sweden.

Continuing their studies, Jessica pursued a Master's degree in Commercial and Tax Law from Jönköping International Business School from 2006 to 2010. During their Master's program, they had the opportunity to participate in an exchange semester at Kasetsart University in Bangkok, Thailand, where they studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General in 2009.
