Sascha Bauer

Sascha Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Most recently, they worked at 4Cast GmbH & Co. KG as the CEO since June 2022. Prior to that, Sascha served as the IT Business Department Manager at NOTUS energy Unternehmensgruppe from June 2021 onwards. Sascha also worked as a Scrum Master and obtained the certificate PRINCE2® Foundation in early 2021. From 2019 to 2021, Sascha held the position of CTO at Getränke Hoffmann GmbH.

Before their tenure at Getränke Hoffmann, Sascha worked as the Director of IT at KODAKOne from September 2018 to February 2019. Sascha also served as the Head of IT/CRM & Technology at ZIEGERT Bank- & Immobilienconsulting GmbH from June 2016 to August 2018. Prior to that, Sascha gained extensive experience as the Chief Growth Hacker/CTO/Founder at HH Trading from January 2011 to December 2016, where they were responsible for building new products and implementing various marketing strategies.

Sascha co-founded Yagma GmbH in 2010 and held the positions of COO and CTO until January 2012. Sascha also worked at ProMarkt Online/ProMarkt Handels GmbH from January 2007 to December 2010, where they served as the COO and Head of the IT Department.

Additionally, Sascha worked at World of ProMarkt as the Chief Growth Hacker/CTO from January 2008 to December 2009. Overall, Sascha Bauer has amassed extensive experience in leadership and technology roles throughout their career.

Sascha Bauer completed their Bachelor of Science in Informatik from Freie Universität Berlin from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, Sascha was a Trainee, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
