Dean Cartledge Cmgr Fcmi

Dean Cartledge CMgr FCMI has extensive experience in operations and leadership roles, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at 4Com since March 2012. Prior roles at 4Com include Group Operations Director, Telemarketing Director, and Group Operations Manager. Prior to joining 4Com, Dean served in the British Army from March 2010 to March 2012 as Warrant Officer Class 1 (Regimental Sergeant Major) and held various positions in the Royal Corps of Signals from 1988 to 2010, culminating in roles such as Warrant Officer Class 2 and Telecommunications Engineer. Dean holds a BTEC Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from Army Apprentices College Harrogate, completed between 1988 and 1990, and attended Sir Henry Cooper High School from 1985 to 1987.
