Ritesh Kini is an experienced professional in customer success and solutions management, currently serving as Senior Director - Customer and Solution Focus at 4CRisk.ai since May 2025. Prior to this role, Ritesh worked at MetricStream for over a decade in various leadership positions, including Director of Customer Success and Director of Customer Services, implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Solutions across the UK and Europe.
