John Pandes is an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant currently serving at Kyverna Therapeutics and leading their consultancy, John Pandes and Associates. With a strong background in recruitment, John has successfully collaborated with several prominent biotechnology firms, particularly those in the portfolios of Third Rock Ventures, Baidu Ventures, and Flagship Pioneering.
