Daniel Giffen

Daniel Giffen is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition and Early Career Consultant Talent Management at BTS since October 2012. Daniel has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director and Talent Acquisition Leader. Prior to BTS, Daniel was the Human Resources and Recruiting Manager at ProCure Treatment Centers, Inc., and also served as Recruiting Manager at RJL Resources. Earlier career experience includes a role as Product Manager at ECM Records. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Music Composition from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from James Madison University.
